The name Financier is said to derive from the traditional rectangular mold (usually baked in a small ingot mold), which resembles a bar of Gold..HUAT AH! We all need that Huat in our lives, dont we 😀

Financier is a small French almond cake, flavoured with beurre noisette,  Light and moist with a crisp, not overly sweet. Perfect for tea time or just to satisfy your cravings!

Infused with fresh and fragrant Natural Essence extracted from Pandan leaves and the sweetness of Gula Melaka. A true blue Singaporean can never resist Ondeh!
