When is the monthly launch?
Orders can only be placed through our website. For Bulk Orders, please refer the the corresponding FAQ tab.
Are your baked goods Halal?
Unfortunately, we operate from home and have no halal certification. However, there are no pork, lard or alcohol content in our bakes.
Any promos available?
There are bundle deals available for Tarts & Oatmeal Series. All other adhoc promotions have no fixed dates. However, if you would like to subscribe to our mailing list there is a one time only promo code for new subscriptions. Get $3 off with no minimum spent!
Can I order and have it delivered on the same day?
No. All items are pre-ordered in advance and delivered on the date chosen at checkout page.
All orders are pre-orders, and are freshly baked the day before delivery. There is no in-stock availability. You must place your order a minimum of 2 days before your delivery date (subject to availability).
Do your baked goods contain eggs?
Our Nutella Tart, MELTz Tarts are egg-free! Our Oatmeal cookies however, do contain eggs.
How long can the bakes be kept before expiring?
Please note these shelf-life estimations are only accurate if the baked goods are stored in an air-tight container, and kept away from the sun / heat.
How should I store my baked goods?
Tarts/Oatmeal Cookies/Goldflakes – Store your baked goodies in an airtight container. Avoid sunlight. Feel free to store in the fridge if you prefer your treats cold!
Chouquettes – BEST CONSUMED ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY. Can be eaten chilled or reheated. Oven/Toast/Airfry at 150degrees/5 mins.
What modes of payments do you accept?
We currently only accept Paynow (Through Hitpay).
How do I make payment through Hitpay?
- Add items to your cart.
- Select Delivery Date before checking out.
- Select Hitpay payment option.
- If you are on Desktop, simply scan the Paynow QR code to make payment. If you are on mobile, take a screenshot of the QR Code and upload it to your iBanking App via “Scan & Pay” to complete your payment.
- Upon completion of payment, your order will be confirmed.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Is Self-collection available?
Self-collection is available every fortnightly on a Saturday 12-3pm. Location available at checkout page. Dates available will be on the header of the page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery will be $8 islandwide (No deliveries to Sentosa or Tuas). For orders delivered to CBD area will include a $2 surcharge. Delivery fee is waived for all orders above $88.
What are your delivery times/days?
We deliver Mondays / Wednesdays / Thursdays / Saturdays (10am-6pm). Unfortunately, we are unable to do deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Please use the pink “Chat with us” button (located at the bottom right of your screen) to reschedule your delivery. Do include your Order Number so that we can expedite your request!
Please also note that rescheduling is subject to availability of slots. If your order has already been handed to the Courier for delivery, we regret to inform you that rescheduling will not be possible, and you will have to pay the $8 redelivery fee.
Can I add an empty/handwritten gift card to my order?
Yes, you can choose to add either an empty card or one with a handwritten note at no additional cost. Please indicate your request under the Order Notes section (at the bottom of your Cart page).
Can I add additional paper bags to my order?
Yes, you can add that by clicking the quantity. Do note that each paper bag will be additional cost. The size of an additional paper bag can contain two regular tubs.
There is a discrepancy in my order!
Should there be any error in your order, please contact us at pelynoobakes888@gmail.com and we will respond within 24hours. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I want to cancel my order.
Please note that no refunds will be made upon cancellation.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes! We have customised gift boxes available curated to your requests. Wedding Favours are available too. Do drop us an email or whatsapp to discuss!
I want to host a Groupbuy! Do I have special perks & GB Rates?

For Bulk Orders/Group Buy (For Nutella Tarts Only)
The minimum requirement for Bulk Purchase will be 30 tubs. Prices will be adjusted accordingly, depending on quantity purchased.
