When is the monthly launch?
Monthly launch will be held every 15th of the month at 7pm. Orders can only be placed through our website. For Bulk Orders, please refer the the corresponding FAQ tab.
All orders are pre-orders, and are freshly baked the day before delivery. There is no in-stock availability. You must place your order a minimum of 2 days before your delivery date (subject to availability).
Do your baked goods contain eggs?
Our Nutella Tart, MELTz Tarts are egg-free! Our Oatmeal cookies however, do contain eggs.
How long can the bakes be kept before expiring?

Please note these shelf-life estimations are only accurate if the baked goods are stored in an air-tight container, and kept away from the sun / heat.
How should I store my baked goods?
Store your baked goodies in an airtight container. Avoid sunlight. Feel free to store in the fridge if you prefer your treats cold!
What modes of payments do you accept?
We currently only accept Paynow (Through Hitpay).
How do I make payment through Hitpay?
If you do not receive any email confirmation once your payment is made please kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is Self-collection available?
Self-collection is strictly not allowed.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery will be $8 islandwide (No deliveries to Sentosa or Tuas). Delivery fee is waived for all orders above $88.
What are your delivery times/days?
We deliver Mondays – Saturdays (10am-6pm). Unfortunately, we are unable to do deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Please use the pink “Chat with us” button (located at the bottom right of your screen) to reschedule your delivery. Do include your Order Number so that we can expedite your request!
Please also note that rescheduling is subject to availability of slots. If your order has already been handed to the Courier for delivery, we regret to inform you that rescheduling will not be possible, and you will have to pay the $8 redelivery fee.
Can I add an empty/handwritten gift card to my order?
Yes, you can choose to add either an empty card or one with a handwritten note at no additional cost. Please indicate your request under the Order Notes section (at the bottom of your Cart page).
There is a discrepancy in my order!
Should there be any error in your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond within 24hours. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I want to cancel my order.
Please note that no refunds will be made upon cancellation.
Can I place a custom order?
Of course! For all orders above 30 tubs, please message us through the pink “Chat with us” button (located at the bottom right of your screen).
For Bulk Orders/Group Buy (For Nutella Tarts Only)
The minimum requirement for Bulk Purchase will be 30 tubs. Prices will be adjusted accordingly, depending on quantity purchased.
